Applications are open for the Stanford Knight-Hennessy Scholars Program 2027. Benefits

Knight-Hennessy Scholars receive funding for up to three years. Funding includes tuition and associated fees, a stipend for living and academic expenses such as room and board, books, supplies, instructional materials, local transportation and reasonable personal expenses, plus a travel stipend for one economy-class annual trip to and from Stanford. Objectives

Eligibility criteria

For the 2027 cohort, applicants must have earned their first bachelor’s degree in January 2020 or later. Current college students are eligible if they will earn their first degree by September 2027. Applicants who served in their country’s military have a two-year extension, meaning they may be eligible with a first degree earned in January 2018 or later. Required documents

The KHS application has five core components: online application form, resume, transcripts and test scores, recommendation letters, and short answers/essay.
